Glenn S. Rank
Is President of GSR Capital Management Inc., and a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley. Glenn has earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst® designation. Prior to bringing his family to Shasta County in 2002, he served as a Vice President and portfolio manager with an institutional money management firm in Sacramento, CA. Glenn and his wife Joelle have three daughters, and are actively involved in their church. In his spare time, Glenn enjoys swimming, ranching, and spending time with his family.
Joelle R. Rank
Is the Office Administrator for GSR Capital Management. She has been a part of the team for twelve years and assists with client services and back office needs. She is a graduate of the University of California, Davis and prior to returning to Shasta County in 2002, she was an executive with Travelers Insurance. She enjoys time with family and friends and has three daughters that keep her busy in her spare time.
Kayla Brown
Is the Administrative Assistant for GSR Capital Management. Kayla has earned a B.A. from California State University, Chico and is pursuing her masters degree. She assists with client services and research. She is active in the community and volunteers with several charitable organizations. She is also an educator and homeschools her children while enjoying time with her family.
